Recognizing the various types of treatment required for each
individual patient and the various needs of different practices, we
will fabricate other appliances according to your individual
preferences or Rx specifications. If you have any questions,

Your patients
may choose from Clear, Pink, Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Yellow, Orange, Black, Rootbeer, Aquamarine,
Burgundy, Rainbow or Camouflage, in addition
to Multi-Color Glitter, which can be added to any color all
at no additional cost. We also offer thirteen designer
colors for an additional charge of only four dollars. Choose from
Blue Glow, Green
Glow, Pink Glow, Strawberry Glow, Orange
Glow, Purple Glow or Yellow Glow, Chocolate,
Polkadots,
Watermelon or Lady Bug.

S c h e d u l e
We are open from 8:00a.m. to
6:00p.m. 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year. We supply all mailing
materials, postage paid mailing labels, boxes, bubblepack, and
zipper loack bags. WE pay postage to and from our laboratory.
Appliances and models are shipped to you either Priority Mail or
UPS, whichever is faster depending on your location. Shipping time
is typically 1 to 5 days.
